We threw stuff on the counter (after shoving over a couple of projects), and put together individual salads from garden lettuces, wild greens, tomato and cucs, olives, some turkey and hard boiled eggs, with a side of goat cheeses and crackers.

Lunch time!
When you are multi-tasking and have three or four projects going at once, it's a trick to take a lunch break. Having a stock of salad fixin's on hand in the fridge keeps a simple and healthy lunch in arm's reach...
We threw stuff on the counter (after shoving over a couple of projects), and put together individual salads from garden lettuces, wild greens, tomato and cucs, olives, some turkey and hard boiled eggs, with a side of goat cheeses and crackers.
Garnished with snippings of dill - and a perfect nastursium flower (also edible).
