Snack Cake Addendum

After doing some tweaking with the Banana Chocolate Chip Snack Cake (the original recipe called for SUGAR - good grief), I have one more addition:

if you have any TOASTED WHEAT GERM in your freezer (yes, along with the nuts - don't want those good oils going rancid,now, do we?), please add about 1/4 c. wheat germ to the dry ingredients.

I asked nicely.
