When the rest of the family were contemplating getting up and out of the house by 5 a.m. the next morning, I made a lot of "gramma points" by offering to have Max and Jayden stay overnight at the cabin. By 7:30 p.m. they were fed and all snuggled into their nests, eager for the Friday Night Movie.

There's nothing like a slanty roof/ceiling, quilts, and snuggly stuffed critters to make a cozy party out of just a sleep-over.
We watched "Robin Hood" for the 1, 496, 235th time.

It's a great movie, but Robin Hood, Men in Tights is one to put you in tears. It is so funny. It's nice to have the grandkids over.
The Disney cartoon ("They call me a slob, but I do my job") or the Costner version ("Why a spoon, cousin?" "Cuz it hurts more!")? Love em both. I'd prefer seeing something again over, "I already saw that."
I have both versions; Walt wins the punks every time - good thing I love it, too! But I still swoon over the "Costner kiss"...
Okay, I'm wiped out now - it's 10:42 p.m. and I should be in bed but just read ALL of your latest blogs! Thanks for the updates! Loved all of them but am too tired to write comments on all so this will have to do! Tell everyone hello from Daffy for me! Can't wait to see you Saturday!!!! PS not that you'll get to feel it on your brief layover but it was 85 here again today!
Bill cracks up every time he watches that movie because of the way they say Knottingham! What a cozy party :-).
