Banana Chocolate Chip Snack Cake

This is purely to placate those whiners who are afraid to try dandelion petals - weiners.

And for Chef J, 'cuz it is soooo quick and easy. And tasty. That's important.

In smallish bowl measure:

1 1/2 c. flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/8 tsp. baking soda (in chef's language=a pinch)

1/4 tsp. salt

In a glass 2-cup measuring cup, squish:

1 c. very ripe bananas (3 bananas)

Then whip in with a fork:

1/4 c. milk

2 T. honey

1 egg

1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter

Gently stir liquid mixture into dry mixture, just barely combine.

Stir in: 2/3 c. chocolate chips (you can use 3/4 c., if you want to live recklessly)

Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.

I bet you go out and buy speckled bananas just to make this, once you've tasted it!
